The breakfast was large with pastries, gluten free bread, chefs cooking, worth the price.
Didn't like the area, it was really loud.

The breakfast was fantastic, we really took our time and enjoyed it. In the evening we had a snack in the bar. The staff are very polite and helpful. There are sufficient parking spaces available. . It's a classy hotel.

We really enjoyed this property and recommend it. Sincerely, it was a very lovely stay at £144 per night. The location was incredible and handy, in the Waltham Cross area, in the good area. The folks working here were attentive.

We were only there in the evening and only had a few drinks at the hotel bar. Departure was at 4am - we chose the hotel because it is about 30 minutes away from Stansted airport and we had a very early flight. The hotel is very nice overall, unfortunately it is far away from really interesting places.

Beautiful typical old house, neat atmosphere, nice staff. Comfortable beds. All fine and as expected. I have not used recreation area, but it seems to be a very beautiful and large.
Unfortunately, like so many of these venues, it is very close to a motorway. Accordingly, the noise can already be heard, but that didn't bother me for a short stay.

The lovely location so close to london and yet felt as if it was in the countryside. The old part of the building was spectacular, the room spaces in the old part felt elegant.
Only the double bed was a bit too small and the matress too bouncy for a good nights sleep with a tall and restless husband.

The morning breakfast. We were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, the waitress was very attentative, providing quick service and also wished us a very enjoyable day.
Your reception looks as though it is in the wrong location and should be where the gravel entrance is through double doors. (Sure many people pull up in this area thinking it is reception ans have to drive around to the furthest point to the hotel. The location of the Bar should be more central to where the Pation area is to the rear of the Hotel.

The location is lovely here, very close to a conference center during the weekdays, and they serve breakfast with tea or coffee.
